The Tides Sugar Beach Rainforest Spa will offer holistic wellness programmes using sustainable, marine-based spa products and treatments reflecting the island’s spirit and identity. A spectacular walk-way will connect secluded cabanas built at different heights through the rainforest. Guests will enjoy treatments within this tranquil setting, admiring the sublime vistas of the UNESCO World Heritage Site and soothed by the calming sounds of natural waterfalls.

The Tides Sugar Beach offers helicopter access from St Lucia’s two airports, Hewanorra International airport and George Charles Inter-island airport. The resort’s fleet of fast boats allow easy access to various parts of the island, or you can enjoy the use of the exclusive private jetty for your personal yacht.

St Lucia also boasts Rodney Bay marina in the north of the island, which has recently undergone a multi million dollar renovation.
